Please read our Terms and Conditions before booking your transfer. If you book any transfer or service with us, you fully 
accept out Terms and Conditions, and accordingly, to be legally bound to them.
This User Agreement and the actions performed by it shall be regulated by the Italian law without regard to conflict of laws
provisions that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

  1. Responsibilities
    1. Romeairporttaxi.com or transportation service providers will not be responsible for losses, including, but not
      limited to, lost of properties, stolen, lost or damaged luggage, missed flights, ferries or trains or any other missed
      connected services, due to whatsoever reason.
    2. Romeairporttaxi.com or transportation service providers will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage arising from omissions or errors affecting your reservation either if such reservation was submitted online or processed manually via phone or email. The client is the only person responsible for the information contained in the
      reservation confirmation email; errors or omissions must be immediately notified to the reservation office and a new
      reservation confirmation email will be sent promptly. If errors or omissions are discovered within 48 hours before
      the specified pick-up time, they must be communicated by calling the emergency phone number provided
      in the meeting point and contact info email.
    3. By accepting to this User Agreement, you agree that Romeairporttaxi.com will not, in any way, be held responsible for whatsoever loss, expense, direct or indirect damage arising from the use or missed use of the booked transportation services, under any normal or particular circumstance, even if you have warned romeairporttaxi.com about particular
      circumstances affecting your trip.
  2. Services Availability
    1. After completing the booking procedure, you will receive our confirmation of your service request. In case no Taxi is available, we will inform you by email.
    2. The vehicle model and type indicated in the reservation form and on this website are aimed at describing the service type. In some rare cases the service provider may need to arrange a replacement vehicle should this be required in order to
      provide the transportation service. For example, in case the vehicle booked is delayed in traffic, diversion or else, a suitable replacement will be provided at equal or greater cost. We cannot guarantee that the exact vehicle type or model specified in your confirmation will be used for your service.
  3. Payment
    1. The standard payment method is by cash to the driver once you meet him at the agreed meeting point. You can also pay in advance by PayPal or credit card (add 2,7%)
    2. If you choose the "Pay directly to the driver" option, the credit card details you provided during the booking procedure will be used to confirm and guarantee your booking, but no amount will be charged on it
    3. Your credit card may be used to charge, without notice, any applicable penalty as per Chapter 5 of this User Agreement and to cover any expense in case the vehicle is damaged by the client
    4. You acknowledge and confirm that the credit card number provided during the booking procedure is yours and that it contains sufficient coverage for the booked service
    5. Should you can directly request it to the driver on the transfer day
  4. Changes and/or Cancellations
    1. You have the right to cancel your reservation by paying the following cancellation fees:
      a) No charges shall be applied up to 8 (five) hours before the agreed pick-up time.
      b) A 50% of the transfer cost shall be charged, less than 8 (five) hours before the arranged pick-up time, but before the
      driver has left to reach the agreed meeting point
      c) 100% of the transfer cost shall be charged after the driver has left to reach the agreed meeting point or in
      case of "no show"
    2. Maximum waiting time
      a) Pick-ups from airports and cruise terminals: 60 minutes from the actual flight or cruise ship arrival time (as
      showed on airport/cruise terminal information monitors). After this time, if the driver is not contacted by you,
      he/she will consider it as a "no show" case, and he/she will leave the arranged meeting point and a
      cancellation fee (100% of the booked service price) will be charged.
      b) Pick-ups from any other location: 30 minutes from the arranged pick-up time. After this time, if the driver is not contacted by you,
       he/she will consider it as a "no show" case, and he/she will leave the agreed pick-up location. A cancellation fee (100% of the booked service price) will be charged
    3. In case of "no show" without any communication from you, after the maximum waiting time, the whole cost of the booked transfer will be charged
    4. Any change to your booked reservation must be notified to our reservation office (in writing form) by email, within 48 hours before the arranged pick-up time. Once you receive the meeting point and the phone number of our manager by email, generally 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, any change to your booked reservation must be arranged directly with him by calling the phone number reported on the email
    5. If we need to cancel your booking, we will inform You as soon as possible via email, suggesting, if possible, other
      applicable options.4.6 Our company reserves the rights to cancel any booking for whatsoever reason. No compensation is due, except for a full refund in case your reservation was prepaid.
  5. Child seats
     Pursuant to the EU directive 2003/20/EC, the following applies:5.1 Children must use the correct child seat until they are 135cm tall or aged 12 (whichever they reach first). Then, they must wear an adult seatbelt. It's the driver's responsibility to check that children are restrained in the proper way. However, there is a dispensation for licensed vehicles. They can carry children even if the correct child seat is not available.5.2 Children under 3 years of age, with or without child seat, still count towards the occupants of the vehicle.
  6. Excess baggage and special items
    In order to ensure the best possible service and also that the correct vehicle will be allocated to you, please inform us about any excess baggage or special items (oddly shaped, heavy or bigger than usual, including, but not limited to: strollers, wheelchairs, scuba dive equipment, bikes, golf bags). You will be held responsible for all the eventual expenses for additional or different vehicles required to carry the luggage or special items that you did not specify on the reservation form.
  7. Force Majeure
    Romeairporttaxi.com shall not be held responsible for any delay, modification or cancellation of service caused by unpredictable circumstances beyond the transportation service provider's control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, normal or heavy traffic, acts of terrorism, strikes, police checkpoints, extreme weather conditions, detours, natural disasters, road maintenance, etc.
  8. Intellectual Property Rights
    1. Trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights of this website have been granted to Rome Airport Taxi and are protected by national and international regulations governing intellectual property
    2. The use of our website content by third parties for any purpose other than booking transfers is prohibited, including modification, subsequent publication and total or partial reproduction or representation of the same without the express consent of Rome Airport Taxi.
